Obituary for Shannon Denise Ogle Pearcey

Shannon Denise Ogle Pearcey, 48 of Sevierville passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017.

Shannon was the type of person who never met a stranger. She would do anything she could to help anyone in need. She loved life and was full of joy. Her number one priority as well as her favorite thing in this world were her two kids, Olivia and Bryce. Time spent with them is what gave her the most happiness. She was a great cook and was involved with and loved, “Team Faith.”

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Mildred Parton, Papa George Pearcey, Ernestine Long, Wayne and Mary Ogle; and her aunt, Grace Carter.

She is survived by her husband, Preston Pearcey; children, Olivia and Bryce Pearcey; mother and step-father, Mary and Bob Bundren; father, Wayne Ogle, Jr.; mother-in-law, Faith Pearcey; aunt, Brenda Brown and husband Hank; cousins, Michael and Brandy Brown and their children Isaac, Grace, and Luke, Robin and Greg Russell and their children Griffin and Faith; special friends, Ami Johns, Nikelle and Bill Burke, Carol Gibson and husband Bobby.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Tuesday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville with service to follow at 7 PM with Rev. Curtis Wells and Rev. Jim Kitts officiating. Friends and family will meet Wednesday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville for procession to Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens leaving at 12 PM.
