Raymond Louis Palmer, age 73 of Sevierville, born August 16, 1943 in Knoxville, TN to William Edward and Helen (Haire) Palmer, departed this life on Tuesday August 8, 2017 to abide eternally in the Heavenly Kingdom promised to all who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Raymond graduated from Central High School and received a B.S. degree from the University of TN and spent his career with the Tennessee Valley Authority in Knoxville, TN.
