William Troy Newman, known as Troy Boy, the Cadillac Man, passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in his clutter filled room with his family by his side. Troy could never pass up Christmas decorations, hubcaps, Hot Wheels or a good deal. Cadillacs were his favorite possession and many have found their final place in his backyard.
Troy was a dispatcher for the Sevierville Police Department and they were a second family to him. He loved the work and all the people there.
Troy's humor and sarcasm will live forever as will his jokes and pranks. Thank you Troy for the good times and the many storage units of "treasures" to remember you by.
He is preceded in death by his father, Clinton Newman.
